Scott Warzecha

In 2000, Scott Warzecha set out to build a business that would relieve the frustration of owning technology and give small and medium sized organizations a trusted IT advisor. Today, as the president and CEO of Netgain, he still holds true to that same vision of simplicity and service.

A detail-oriented person with over 30 years of experience in business technologies, Scott has the knowledge and expertise to deliver value-added services to clients. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Concordia College in St. Paul and has work extensively in technology sales.

In a world where most IT service is brusque and impersonal, Scott works to create a lasting relationship between Netgain and the organizations it serves. Dedicated to giving customers an exceptional experience, Scott goes the extra mile to ensure a job well done—whether it is a simple task or a major undertaking.

This commitment to the client has earned Scott a reputation of excellence and has helped Netgain become a national leader in desktop hosting. In 2008, this was affirmed when Scott received the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award for Junior Achievement.

Scott donates time, expertise and resources to a variety of causes, including United Way Leaders. Netgain recently received the Minnesota Keystone Award for donating a portion of its net profits to the community.

Matt Riley

With more than 15 years of experience in information technology, Matt Riley brings a specialized knowledge of project design to every project at Netgain. As VP of Operations and a partner at Netgain, Matt works alongside clients to understand their technology needs and create a customized solution that delivers lasting results. 

His technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills assure clients that their hosting needs are in capable hands.

Since helping start Netgain in 2000, Matt’s work with clients and team members have earned him a reputation of excellence and expertise. Matt leads by example and successfully oversees the Services Team, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Process Development while providing personalized, quality service to each client.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and currently makes his home in St. Cloud. He gives back to the community through his involvement in a variety of causes, including the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce, Granite Ledge Township and Minnesota Waters.

Scott Baynes

As VP of Technology at Netgain, Scott Baynes works closely with clients to help them leverage technology to create more effective and efficient operations. With an extensive knowledge of datacenter operations and the intricacies of IT, Scott has become known for his expertise in designing hosting solutions that are tailored to the clients’ needs.

Since helping start Netgain in 2000, Scott has created an impressive hosting infrastructure that has become a preferred solution nationwide. He continues to build and maintain strong and stable network architecture and look for opportunities to further enhance Netgain’s hosting services. As a certified Microsoft professional, he uses his knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and his scientific background to continuously enhance Netgain’s state-of-the-art data center.

Scott earned a bachelor’s in physics from St. John’s University and a master’s in health physics from Colorado State University. His research has been funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and NASA and has been published in prestigious periodicals nationwide.
